After recognizing Jayson, I thought that I need to recognize also John Paul Deloso who is even doing better right now with his professional career. John Paul has been my secretary around four or five years. He inherited much of my attitude besides being a toxic boss.
Unlike Jayson, John Paul who is a certified accountant is actively pursuing his career in an office in Makati. I heard the his boss was really proud of him and has even promoted him. His work includes creating the accounting system of their Accounting Department, which is not easy. Buti na lang very systematic kami in doing our task in UECP, which I believe greatly contributed in formulating the system he proposed and adopted by the company.
John Paul is not only multi-tasking but also excellent with arts. He is also strong in program planning which is not normally seen now a days among young people. I really felt paralyzed when he resigned as my secretary few years ago because I have relied much on him. His talent and expertise has made my ministry expand to a very high potential. It seems nothing can stop our tandem in terms of creating and implementing ministry.
He is a hard working person, intelligent and we can categorized as crafty in some ways. I still look forward working with him someday. It is difficult to find a person who you can shoot anyway with any task. John Paul by the way is a person who is very workaholic and will work until the wee hours in the night in UECP finishing all task since a new day is a new set of task for us.
I pray for your continuous success in your career ladder. Of course, will tap you again when the right time comes hehehe... pakayaman ka na muna dyan hehehe....
