Sugar Beets Works!

I wanted to thank my cousin Rowena who introduced me to eat sugar beets some months ago.  She said it is good for removing fatty liver.

Actually, I was so lazy to buy and prepare it but eventually have to do it for my health sake.  I ate sugar beets around three weeks daily.  I did not eat whole beets a day but one beets for two or three days.  This is before I got sick.

The Sugar Beets smells like soil but tasty because of its sweetness.  I have to boil it and peel the skin.  Afterwards, just slice it to pcs and eat them with my salad.

When I was confined in Metropolitan Hospital, I had an ultrasound, but the result shows that my fatty liver is already gone.  So, after two week, I decided to see my regular doctor for a check-up because of my strange fever.  He was not satisfied with the finding of the Hospital specially about my fatty liver.  He can't believe that the fatty liver is gone.  So, he asked me to go for another ultrasound.

Today, I went for another ultrasound to the place where I regularly have my test.  They say if you wanted accuracy, you need to stay put with one place of testing so that there will be consistency and comparison of previous tests.  The technician was telling me that my fatty liver has indeed become very minimal.

She showed me the monitor and said that the liver should be the same color with the kidney.  And my liver and kidney is almost the same color.  If you have fatty liver, the liver will be whiter than the kidney.  Mine is only very slight white with many parts the same color with the kidney.  She said, maybe the result was so slight that the hospital has already ignored it.

I praise God that my liver is better as of the check-up but still need confirmation with my doctor tomorrow.  Still I am grateful.

Fatty Liver prevents the liver to function right.  The liver is in-charge to say to our system if the fats that we eat are for storing or burning.  If you have fatty liver the tendency was for the liver to malfunction.  So the result, it will kept on telling our system to store fats rather than burn them.  The result is of course bigger belly, which make us big and look bad.

Eat Sugar Beets... lalo na ikaw Geran!!! hehehe
